The Elrod Fellowship offers non-profit organizations access to a pool of highly qualified and committed candidates while providing Washington and Lee graduates (undergraduate and law) an opportunity to explore the public sector.

We are seeking non-profit public interest and government organizations that are pursuing systematic solutions to critical social problems.
